A Lasting World ("ALW," "we," "us") provides this web site and site-related services (collectively known as the "Site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement governs the relationship between ALW and you ("you") with respect to your use of the Site. It is important to read carefully and understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
We reserve the right to:
- Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
- Change the Site, including eliminating, or discontinuing any content on, or feature of the Site.
Any changes to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are effective immediately, upon by the posting of updated text on the Site. Your continued use of the Site, after such notice, will deem acceptance of such changes.
1. Privacy Policy - Please read the A Lasting World Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you are legally bound by the ALW Privacy Policy, which defines and oversees our collection, and use of information you submit.
2. Monitoring - We monitor the Site on an "as-needed" basis. We retain the right to monitor the Site and disclose any information as necessary and/or appropriate to satisfy law, regulation or other governmental request.

4. Code of Conduct - You are not permitted to use or do the follow while on this Site:
- Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application;
- Restrict or inhibit, also known as "hacking" any other visitor from using the Site;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or server;
- Express or imply any statements made are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;
- Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content;
- Transmit any materials that contain viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs, or other items of destructive nature;
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Site;
- Duplicate content of the Site without our prior written authorization.
5. Security - You understand and acknowledge that data transmission over the Internet is not 100% secure. Information you submit to ALW is "at your own risk".
6. Outside Links - Our site contains outside links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of outside sites.
7. Trademarks - The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered trademarks of A Lasting World and may not be used or duplicated without prior written consent.
8. Termination - This Agreement is effective until terminated upon removal of the Site.
9. Indemnification and Rights - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold ALW, our affiliates, employees, vendors, and advertisers, harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your breach of this Agreement and Code of Conduct.
10. Disclaimers - THE SITE, THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, ALW AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, VENDORS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS, AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR USAGE OF TRADE. ALW AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, VENDORS, ADVERTISERS, SPONSORS, AND AGENTS DO NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER (S) ON WHICH THE SITE IS HOSTED IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Limitation of Liability - NEITHER ALW NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, VENDORS, ADVERTISERS OR SPONSORS, NOR OUR OR THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVES, ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOST PROFITS), UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE SITE AND/OR MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE SITE, ANY LINKED SITE OR ANY ACTIVITY, PRODUCT OR SERVICE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE, MATERIALS, OR ANY LINKED SITE IS TO STOP USING THE SITE, MATERIALS, OR LINKED SITE, AS APPLICABLE. ALW'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE $10.00.
